F.T.M. is specialist in the cutting of flat gaskets:   - Standard (Inches and Dn Pn) - Special technical part according to a drawing - circular - High volume shorn washer - Gaskets for auto motive industry   As integral part of our production cycle we are able to supply our customers with detailed drawings of the part in various formats (PDF,DXF,DWG,WMF ETC..) together with 2D and 3D drawings. Our equipment park counts new generation, highly flexible and constantly updated machineries and enable us to produce parts which will be difficult to carry out.

Our production is addressed to different fields such as:

AUTOMOTIVE: shearing of foam sealing gaskets for outside environmental conditions, parts of foamed Polyurethane with a low mechanic resistance and with a thickness from 1 to 50 mm, cutting of silicone rubbers and soundproofing materials, etc...

PLANT ENGINEERING: gaskets of solid food rubber with a thickness from 1 to 50 mm, gaskets of foam rubber, if required adhesive rubber, with a thickness from 1 to 100 mm, soundproofing gaskets or parts of synthetic felt, modified, virgin or filled PTFE and any kind of asbestos free joints.

SAILING: cutting of any kind of soundproofing gaskets, ornamental part and sealing gaskets in different materials such as  plastic materials, rubber, reinforced with canvas and foam materials, solid and foam rubber with different thickness.

MACHINE TOOLS:  designing of sealing parts in solid rubber, diamond-point stylus rubber, adhesive and not rubber, that can be used for conveyor  belt, robot for automation etc., plan doors of PE or PVC or transparent Plexiglas etc...

POSTER DESIGNING: sealing gaskets of foam rubber to protect light led both for inside and outside environments.

OIL & CHEMICAL INDUSTRY: standard sealing gaskets of graphoil or PTFE (DN PN or Inches) for high temperature and with a good resistance to acid steams and asbestos free special joints.

ELECTRIC INDUSTRY: gaskets of dielectric materials, Kapton and similar materials for LCD, solid  or foamed rubber electric parts with high volumes (sockets, plugs, etc…)
